Major new account wins for BCS Public Relations has seen a number of internal promotions and a recruitment drive that has seen fresh faces join the team.

The award-winning BCS PR, headquartered in North Sherwood Street, Nottingham, is one of the largest agencies in the Midlands, handling accounts across the world and demonstrating extensive knowledge of sectors such as technology, professional services, retail, consumer and business-to-business.

Specialising in media relations but also offering expertise in social media, reputation management, branding and marketing, the agency has recently won PR briefs from a world-renowned tyre manufacturer, the Government’s Central Office of Information (COI), business continuity specialists and a market-leading manufacturer of kitchen hygiene products.

Emma Finden-Crofts, Chrissie Walker, Paul Muckle and Wayne Swiffin have been promoted to account director, heading up the accounts and forming a new business development team, while Kirsty Roberts and Martin Stone have been promoted to account manager.

The growing portfolio of retained clients and increased demand for hard-hitting project work has resulted in the recruitment of Tina Clough and Martyn Gettings as account executives, and the promotion of Samantha Prince to account executive.

BCS group managing director Alan Boyden commented: “The agency is delighted to be able to announce the promotions and the recruitment of additional staff. This will further enhance our existing offering and ensure that we have the right resource to handle the new account wins.

“For many businesses across the Midlands and further afield, the agency is the first place they come to when they need public relations professionals who know how to plan and execute winning campaigns.”
